POL Storage Facility, Ft. Benning, GA
Contract Amount: $434,990.38 Client: S & H Mechanical Contractors Owner: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Scope: Complete control system for the bulk storage and dispensing of Jet Fuel, Diesel Fuel, and Motor Fuel. Functionality included fully automatic operation, inventory control, pump control, access control, allocation control and complete user interface with reports and logs. |
Jet Fuel Storage, Ft. Rucker, AL
Contract Amount: $388,499.00 Client: S & H Mechanical Contractors Owner: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Scope: Complete electrical and control systems for a Hot Refuel Helicopter Facility. Systems included fully automatic operation to allow 24/7 dispensing of fuel into helicopters during training operations. Critical mission required fully redundant control system with Hot Backup and bumpless transfer in case of failure. Entire project required hazardous area electrical installation (Class 1, Div 1, Group D). |
Replace Heat Detection System, RAFB, GA
Contract Amount: $973,093.89 Client: Dept. of Contracting, RAFB, GA Owner: Dept. of the Air Force Scope: Replaced over 750 heat detectors in building 125 at Robins AFB. Project required continuous operation of the aircraft repair facility for C-141 and F-15 aircraft. The majority of work was performed above the aircraft and working personnel at heights of 90-130 feet above the floor. Developed and implemented a 100% successful system to protect the aircraft and personnel from falling tools and/or material. Retrimmed over 15 sprinkler risers throughout the building. |
Water Treatment Plant, Moody AFB, GA
Contract Amount: $392,006.00 Client: Harry Pepper & Associates, Inc. Owner: US Army Corps of Engineers Scope: Complete electrical and control system for the 1 MGD Nanofiltration Water Treatment Plant (Reverse Osmosis) at Moody AFB. Systems included variable frequency drives, networked operator displays, chemical treatment, and fully automatic operation for the base drinking water. |
Upgrade HVAC Bldg. 2-1728, Ft. Bragg, NC
Contract Amount: $1,027,222.00 Client: Interstate General Gov’t Contractors, Inc. Owner: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Scope: Replacement of constant volume air handling units, chillers, boiler, fan coil units, and the complete building piping system with insulation. DDC Control System that included dual chiller, dual pump, dual loop, chilled water system. |
Repair Fire Protection, RAFB, GA
Contract Amount: $750,629.56 Client: Dept. of the Air Force Owner: Dept. of the Air Force Scope: Repair/replace AFFF system, construct fire pump building, install fire pump and fire pump control system, install AFFF control system, live test AFFF system, 24” horizontal bore under active taxiway, replace deaerator and piping, install catwalks and service platforms. |

Contract Amount: $2,806,603.00 Client: B.L. Harbert International, LLC Owner: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Scope: Complete mechanical system for the new barracks complex. Installation of constant volume AHU’s, variable volume AHU’s, VAV boxes, medium pressure ductwork, low pressure ductwork, chillers, boilers, piping systems, energy recovery ventilators, split system heat pumps, fire dampers, DDC control system. |

Contract Amount: $1,026,910.27 Client: Harry Pepper & Associates, Inc. Owner: US Army Corps of Engineers Scope: Complete PLC based control system for the Industrial Waste Treatment Plant and Wastewater Treatment Plant. Control and monitoring of valves, motors, pumps, variable frequency drives, chemical treatment, and multiple graphic user interfaces. |
Upgrade Saber Hall, Hunter AAF, GA
Contract Amount: $2,514,537.00 Client: R.C. Construction Co., Inc. Owner: U.S. Army Engineer District Scope: Complete electrical system for the southeast apron and associated buildings at Hunter AAF. Systems included 12KV electrical distribution system with pad mount transformers, fire alarm systems, apron lighting (100’ poles w/light arrays), runway/taxiway lighting and signage, occupancy sensor lighting control system, microprocessor based apron lighting control system, ductbank, manholes, communications wiring, LAN wiring, lightning protection, grounding, and complete building electrical systems for new and existing buildings. |
